PSP - Navigational Tips

User friendly (navigation improved)

As briefly mentioned in our first podcast, the tree menu, which helps quickly access important parts of the game, has been redesigned this year to improve navigation around Football Manager Handheld 2007 with ease. You will find relevant areas/screens accessible form the Home area I.E your Manager profile, Club screen, Player shortlist, Manager hall of fame and Jobs section. All things related to your specific team can be found in the club menu and this includes The Squad list, Tactics, Training menus, Club information and history plus fixtures and results. To top it off the News and media section has now been placed at the bottom of the screen to allow you to select and view it at any time you wish.

Another feature that improves navigation is being able to scroll back and forth between screens using the LB and RB buttons, sorting information such as short listed and picked players to help you find individuals faster and a quick scroll on the analogue stick to make getting to the bottom of the screen that much easier.

Improvements in key areas (coach reports, match reports, varied media)

An area which we've improved is the build up and preparation before a big game. In Football Manager Handheld 2007 you now receive detailed match reports and coach/scout reports before and after games. These can give you an edge in an upcoming match telling you what formation the opposition is more likely to be playing and who the danger man is.

After each game the coach report will let you know who performed well on the field and which players are under performing. You will also receive a report after international fixtures have been played to update you on the status of your players whilst they have been away from the club.

The game now features a range of new media stories and events which keeps you up to date with the footballing world, with some containing vital player and manager interactions to help you show the world whose boss.
